I didnot like it at all

Marbella hotel is rated as a 5 star appartment at your website, we feel 3 stars rating is more than enough. rooms are small and congested, bad hygenic status, un cleaned and old tawels. rooms has no fasilities like freg, DVD player,....ect. and so many bad things

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the breathtaking views. the rooms were clean and spacious, with balconies that offered a great view of the surrounding hills, houses, and scattered villas. the location of the hotel was also key, as it provided easy access to both the city and the hills.

the service was lacking in some areas.

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel with our two small kids. the location of the hotel is perfect, on top of a hill, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding green hills and Bandung city. the room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. the staff provided excellent service, always prompt and eager to assist with any requests. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, catering to both adults and children. the hotel also had a pool, which was a great way to relax and cool off.

That there was not a wide range of entertainment options available for both adults and children.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this place! The location is perfect, nestled in the beautiful Dago hills, on top of a hill, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The quiet neighborhood adds to the serenity and tranquility of the place, making it the ideal spot for relaxation and quality time with family and friends. The staff here were incredibly polite and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure that our needs were met. The service room service was top-notch, and the room amenities, such as the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities, made our stay even more comfortable. We loved having a balcony, sitting area, and dining table in our room, providing us with extra space to relax and enjoy our meals.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and loved ones.
